How do I divert my parcel to a new address?

If your parcel is a standard size, we advise you to go to auspost.com.au, create an account and divert your parcel to a new address.

Should your order be oversized, please contact the customer service team via the contact us form and they’ll be happy to assist you further.

Will I be notified once my order has been dispatched?

 

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your items have been dispatched.

Standard Return & Refund FAQs

We have a 7-day return policy.

Get in touch with us within 7 days of you receiving the product to initiate the return process.

 

We will issue a full refund once we receive the products in the same condition as you received them.

We are also happy to exchange the product for something else if you are not entirely happy with your purchase.

You will be responsible for the return shipping. 

 

How do I initiate a return if I am not happy with my order?

Can I exchange my order for something else?

 

Yes. You can get in touch with us via email and we will be happy to help you with an exchange.

If there is a price difference we can either offer you a store credit or refund what we owe depending on the product you want as an exchange.
